Illegal Drugs

Drugs are substances that change either the mental or the physical state of the user, most drugs are used to treat mental and physical, medical health conditions but since drugs can affect the mind in different ways the drugs that are used outside of the medical area are called “recreational drugs” and most of these are illegal in most of thew world.
People use drugs for many different
reasons varying for fun to medical reasons to just feel better about themselves or even just for the pressure on them to try
them, whatever the case, drugs are addictive substances that can change the way you think and behave while in their influence, they are illegal for a reason. If a person becomes too addicted or dependent of a legal or illegal drug the withdrawal process might be hard for that person.
one of the most popular legalized drug is the alcohol followed closely by the tobacco, these drugs are legal because they are not as dangerous to the user as other drugs can be, like the most used illegal drug, cannabis or marijuana, which include many side effects like panic, hallucinations, loss of sense of personal identity, paranoia, risk of heart attack and the drop in IQ.
a thing that happens when you consume a drug for a very long time is the tolerance to that drug, for example, if you take i dose of a certain drug everyday, you might find that after a while you need two doses a day to feel the same way you felt when you started using, and this will continue happening until you get to the point where the drug that you are consuming is just to much.
another effect that happens when you try and stop taking drugs is called withdrawal effect, this effect consist of different physical and psychological reactions because of stopping the usage of the drug, since the tolerance of the drug can be high you are no longer taking the drug for fun or to get high, but just to feel normal again because it has become essential for you and without it you don’t feel normal.
Besides the previously mentioned effects of the drug there are some other physical effects for some drugs, for example, the drug called bath salt literally burns your skin off, or some other drugs that make your muscles cramp or your body hurt or itch because of the physical effect of the drug.
in conclusion, drugs have many side effects and that means we have to be really careful not to use them or if you do want to use them use them wisely to not fall into addiction or create tolerance to the drug. Drugs are a really dangerous substances are they are illegal for a reason.
